How to Clean Lavazza Blue
Espresso Machine?

The Lavazza coffee we enjoy today is the outcome of his vision to blend coffees from throughout the world to suit our specific preferences. More than a century of life experiences, triumphs, setbacks, and forward progress.

Now is the time to thoroughly clean your Lavazza® Blue® coffee machine. Cleaning your coffee equipment has never been easier, thanks to Caffenu's innovative Nu method.

Your coffee machine's brewing chamber is the focus of the new cleaning capsule. It's here that the old coffee, tansins, and germs are hiding. Something to avoid in your next cup of coffee.

To the front of the machine, there is a cleaning pod. Descaling is also important, so don't neglect that. The process of descaling from the bottom up is complete. The following is a comparison of the two cleaning approaches.

Fill a jar halfway with boiling water and place it on the stove. Descaling can begin by pressing and holding the Espresso and Caffè Lungo buttons for three seconds. Descaling is indicated by the coffee buttons on the left and right of the machine flashing at the same time. It takes about 20 minutes to descale.

  • Cleaning and sterilizing your equipment is easy if you follow these steps.

Step 1: In order to remove hardened oils, tannins, and other debris that may affect your coffee's taste or health, use the Caffenu cleaning capsule. Insert, run, rinse, and go, like a coffee capsule! Clean your drip tray, basket, and water tank by soaking them in cleaning solution.

Step 2: Use Caffenu eco descaler to remove scale from your machine, pipes, and boiler. Even if you're not a coffee drinker, we recommend using both methods. After you've thoroughly cleaned your coffee maker, it's time to kick back and relax.

There's no doubt that your next cup of coffee will be fresh and flavorful. It's best to use the Caffenu Cleaning Kit for all your cleaning needs. Cleaning your Lavazza® Blue®* coffee maker and using the Eco descaler are both included in the purchase price. All Lavazza® Blue®* machines have been in use since the date of production.

About US | OCM Profile

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that! So, if you are looking for coffee machines for office or restaurants - check out the link).

In 2010, we started getting enquiries on restaurant marketing and we start to help food and beverage brands with their marketing. Below are campaigns and events that we have done over the years:

Check out this restaurant marketing guide to learn more about the many campaigns and companies we have worked with.

Since then, we have also created many marketing workshops and classes for the F&B industry. Many of these modules are still running in tertiary institutions such as Temasek Polytechnic Skillsfuture Academy and also ITE College East COC classes, below are some snippets of our lectures and workshops:
