As far as the benefits of roasting coffee at home are concerned, that varies from person to person. If freshness and flavor are important to you. Roasting your own beans will give you the best tasting coffee and allows you to control the brewing process, making it much more personal and consistent resulting in great flavor. Additionally, you have the benefit of enjoying the taste of coffee in the proper manner
Another major benefit is that you can easily control the flavor of your coffee when you select the roast level. light and medium and smoky, as well as sweet and complex (dark roast).

It takes approximately 24 hours for coffee beans to reach their peak of flavor. Preferably grind your coffee as soon as you remove it from the pot and store it in an opaque, airtight container. You'll be amazed at the unique flavor and fragrance.
