Chia Seeds In Coffee

Quite remarkable for such a small and insignificant seed. They really do get into almost everything, but you won't even notice that they are there because they blend in so well.

As a result of their superfood reputation, chia seeds have gained a lot of popularity recently. This is one of the most nutritionally packed seeds.

Chia seeds have twice as many Omega-3 fatty acids as walnuts and as many antioxidants as blueberries, all while providing the same amount of calcium as milk.

Chia seeds are packed with Branched Chain Triglycerides, A, B, E, and D vitamins

Calcium (phosphorus), Potassium (potassium), Iron (iron), Copper (copper), Zinc (zinc), Manganese (manganese), Antioxidants, and others.

They are a good source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as a good supply of vitamins and minerals. Antioxidants and protein are also found in chia seeds.

  • Adding chia seeds in your morning coffee would be a great idea.

Neutral in taste, they are packed with nutrients and will keep you full while you sip your morning coffee. Chia seeds are an excellent source of protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Then why shouldn't you sprinkle these tiny seeds into your cup of coffee first thing in the morning?

They do not have a flavor, but they are incredibly good for you, have a neutral flavor, and will help you feel full while drinking your  much-needed cup of coffee.

It seems perfect! But first, a few more things to know about chia seeds to help you decide whether or not you should include them in your diet.

  • The Many Advantages of Chia Seeds In Coffee

Three grams of protein and five grams of fiber can be found in one tablespoon. Quite remarkable for such a small and insignificant seed.

The best part is that they really do get into almost everything, but you won't even notice that they are there because they blend in so well.

They go into meals that you make, the meatballs, the smoothies, and even spread some of them on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

  • That flavor is unobtrusive and pairs well with everything!

If you want to get the most out of your chia experience and give your snacks an extra nutritional kick, making chia seed pudding is a simple and straightforward process.

No-bake energy bites can be made using these ingredients along with coconut oil, oats, peanut butter, and a few chocolate chips for a tasty treat.

But the simplest and quickest way for me to incorporate them into my day is to just stir one spoonful of ground chia seeds into my iced coffee and continue on with my day.

The pinnacle of healthy eating while on the go!

About US | OCM Profile

OCM (OnCoffeeMakers.com) was started in 2007 with the first webpage about coffee machines. And for a number of years, we focused on helping people find their desired coffee machine (we still are helping folks with that!
