Wolfgang Puck 7 cup Coffee Maker

Although I agree that the Wolfgang Puck Coffee maker has several great features it also has a few shortcomings.
1. The stainless steel carafe is super since breakage is almost impossible and being double walled it keeps the coffee hot longer than your typical carafe, but 7 cup capacity is hardly enough if you have company.
2. The water chamber is not sealed well and leaks if you overfill it even by just a little or are not extremely careful when pouring the water in. It also tends to leak while brewing from time to time.
3. The built in grinder is a nice feature although I did wake up to hot water one morning when the grounds clogged up the delivery chute.
4. Do we really need to have the constant beep while the top is open. This feature can be annoying while you are filling the water reservoir or if you have taken the grinder parts out to clean them. Maybe if the beeping was by-passed unless the coffee maker was actually turned on or the timer set.
All in all I would still recommend this product to family and friends.
