I'm very particular about the coffee I have every morning.

That is the reason I bought a home coffee roaster. This is the best way to make coffee at home.

I’ve read somewhere in a magazine that this method allows you to add just the perfect temp water, customized amount of water and beans, as it drips into your cup.

This filter very easy to clean in the sink, but I also clean it in the dishwasher sometimes. The only thing I don’t line is that it is too small to perch on top of giant coffee mugs.

But I just use a traditional size cup/mug and it works fine. Like other users, I use #4 filters because the larger size allows me more room to pour and stir the grinds.

It is important to stir the grinds in the filter with the water in order for them to be saturated and give you a fuller taste. This is the best way to brew a coffee.
