I am planning to prepare a nice dinner for my girlfriend.

I am thinking of making this dinner on my birthday, instead of taking her out to eat, I'm cooking.

We will start with a heart warming soup and some prawn salad and for the main course maybe a grilled fish.

I'll see what fish is best for grilling. After that, I'll get to test my newly bought stove top espresso makers.

I should prepare a nice dessert also to complete our meal. I just can't wait to surprise her.
