Recently, I tried to roast coffee at home. This home roasting really got me excited, because not only that it is a new thing for me to do, also the aroma it brings inside my house is absolutely priceless.

Roasting coffee can make you customize the flavor and aroma of your coffee.

You can set it to the exact amount of time to finish roasting and with this different amount of time, will make your coffee have different tastes.

For a deeper and stronger taste of my coffee, I prefer roasting my beans till it is perfectly browned so that I get the flavor I want.
