As with this coffee maker, making coffee is really an easy job. I did not have any problems with following its directions and the taste of coffee always come out great.

It also looks very nice sitting on the counter. I really don't use the programming. I just like to turn it on and brew a pot now.

The coffee is not quite as hot as I would like it. I find after it sits on the warmer for a bit it gets better.
