Most of us that is following F&B news would know this meant that Kraft Foods has officially purchased and gain control of Cadbury PLC.

I think it is on a Tuesday, where holders of more than 70% accepted the bid given by Kraft. Now, this is alot of money, something along the line of $19 Billion in cash and stock.

With this purchase, Kraft would be the world's largest chocolate maker...
