New from Bialetti -Moka Crem

by chee Leng (on coffee makers)
(Singapore)

Bialetti Moka Crem

Bialetti Moka Crem

Bialetti was one of the most popular stove top espresso maker, but many people disagree saying that it doesn't have crema now the critics might just be silenced.

With the introduction of Moka Crem, Bialetti allows one to enjoy a velvety, foam like froth on top of their espresso. To me personally, that looks like a crema.

And that is really affordable good coffee if compared with a full espresso machine.

At less than $50, one cannot ask for much more than that. And while it is not as easy to use as a single serve coffee maker, it is considerably easier than most espresso machines.

I think the best value add about this Moka Crem is what makes Bialetti so well known -Stove top. That means, one do not require electricity to enjoy their cuppa.

You could be camping in a remote corner of the world and can still enjoy good quality espresso.

Compared to mypressi Twist, of course mypressi is easier to use. But, the stability of the espresso depends on the user, whereas one can get a consistent espresso with crema from Bialetti Moka Crem.

Anyway, just my $0.02 about this new offering from bialetti.
