my old miele espresso machine in the past, which always had a problem and the after sales service is not really great

This coffee machine is a really great machine and I did not have any problems with this brand, however, the reason I chose this product is because there was no mention of a "charcoal filter" as with my previous Cuisinart product.

I was very disappointed that this product requires the use of a charcoal filter with absolutely no mention whatsoever in the product description.

But right now it doesn't really matter to me because the quality of the coffee it makes is absolutely priceless.

As compared to my old miele espresso machine in the past, which always had a problem and the after sales service is not really great, I will just stick with my Cuisinart.
