My Old Friend and His Bodum Coffee Maker

I was at my friend's house the other day. He made coffee and it was probably the best tasting homemade cup of joe that I've ever had.

I assumed that he was probably using a very expensive coffee maker, so I asked him about it. He replied very sarcastically saying, "Yeah, it really burned a hole in my wallet. $40 is like $400 in this house."

And then he walked me to his kitchen, and he pointed to a nice little pot. It isn't an automatic machine, it's a French Press.

A Bodum Chambord Coffee Maker. It probably takes a bit more effort to make coffee, but the taste really makes up for all that effort.
