My office is considering using vacuum coffee maker for the pantry, it is workable?

Personally speaking I don’t think that it would really fit as the vacuum coffee maker takes a very long time to make coffee.

Besides there are many of us in the office and I am really doubtful that this coffee maker would work.

I would really suggest that they use a 12 cup coffee maker or something rather than this. I think that this is just a waste of money for the office.
