It is safe. Coffee is not likely to have any adverse effect on your health!

Not me or oncoffeemakers.com that says it but a report featured in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. They surveyed more than 170 000 people and there is no evidence to suggest that coffee would give any negative ailments.

Coffee has long been linked to hypertension, high blood pressure, which is in turn linked to heart diseases, stroke and of course shorter life span.

But, the survey by American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggest that having coffee even more than 3 cups of coffee is not associated with the risk of hypertension as compared to having one cup of coffee.

So, more coffee is not likely to do anything bad to your health.

While, it is not conclusive, at the current reading, it does not seem that drinking more coffee is bad.

So, folks, I have been saying that coffee is alright, but here is a report that we can use and say coffee is not unhealthy!

So, go ahead and enjoy that morning cuppa!
