I was really happy that some of my old cuisinart parts can also be used in this coffee maker

This is a great coffee maker and I love using it. despite some reviews in the internet that the grounds mix in the actual coffee, I have not had an experience with that.

The coffee also comes out really great tasting. I've never had water leak from the back. I do have some coffee on the counter after I pour, but I've had this problem with lots of other coffee makers, not just this one.

And, it does drip onto the heating element, but since I keep a paper towel there under the spoon, I just wipe it up before I put the pot back on.

I was really happy that some of my old cuisinart parts can also be used in this coffee maker, like the carafe. When I broke my carafe, I was amazed that the carafe of cuisinart actually fits in this coffee machine.
