I use a hand coffee grinder whenever I make coffee because I consider making a coffee a ritual everytime I make one in the morning.

Every morning I opt to have a fresh cup of coffee, so does my wife, so I don’t want just to make an instant coffee because it does not taste really good compared to a brewed coffee.

So what I do is I roast my own coffee beans in my home roaster, I roast it to perfection because I have known the perfect time and setting for roasting coffee.

Then I grind it in my hand grinder to make all the oils come out before I brew it.
