I should have bought the miele nespresso like the one my sister owns

I am very much disappointed with this product and I feel like I have been robbed of my hard earned money because this is the worst coffee machine ever.

Upon the day it arrived, didn't work due to electronics problem and the friendly Saeco customer service person told us to simply return it.

This is our second attempt with a Saeco product and we have now given up on this brand.

I should have bought the miele nespresso like the one my sister owns as it is very durable, she has been using this for close to 2 years now an she still has not experienced any problems.
