I have tried comparing the taste of a cold brewed coffee versus a coffee I made in my electric coffee makers

Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew Coffee

I have been a long time coffee drinker and I have long preferred to have my coffee cold brewed.

Cold brewing is a method of extracting the coffee flavor from coffee ground without the traditional method of hot water.

This coffee making method takes longer than the more traditional route, but it produces a smooth rich concentrate that can be used in making iced coffee, or even a delicious cup of hot coffee.

I have tried comparing the taste of a cold brewed coffee versus a coffee I made in my electric coffee makers.

The end result is, the coffee made from cold brew tastes richer and smoother compared to a plastic tasting, bland coffee taste that was made from my Saeco.

I will stay with using cold brew rather than the traditional way.
