I don't like this coffee maker from delonghi

I don't like this coffee maker from delonghi. I bought this last week and I have had many problems with it.

First of all, this coffee maker leaks! I have many coffee drippings all over the kitchen floor and I am tired of cleaning it up.

Then, it takes forever to make coffee. Also, even though I put in many ground coffee in it, it still cant make a full bodied cup of coffee.
