I bought this kitchenaid coffee maker last week so that I can start making great coffees at home.

But upon using it, I found out that the controls are not user friendly and even the instructions are hard to follow.

I tried making coffee and there was a problem with the carafe, it was dripping all the time.

I don't know about other users, but I have a hard time using it. It is not a "user-friendly" machine.
