Cuisinart DCC 1200

I bought a Cuisinart DCC 1200 coffee maker unit last week and after using it for only a couple of times, it just broke.

I have contacted the cuisinart customer service and it was really hard getting to their operators.

I don't have any complains about the coffee, while using it, it makes a great coffee and the controls are easy to follow.

I just question its durability, I hope mine gets replaced really soon.
