Gourmet Coffee Made My Headache Go Away

I have a terrible headache today. Due to constant hot weather, I have a head splitting headache every single day.

I don’t know if this is normal, but that is what happens to me. I just take painkillers everyday to take care of my headache and continue to proceed with my work.

I hope taking painkillers everyday is not bad for my health. I just take it in low dosages though.

When I have a headache, what I do is, turn on the air conditioner and drink the painkiller with my cold gourmet coffee. Drinking coffee sometimes helps me relax and make the headache go away.

A glass of cold gourmet coffee is one of my favorite drinks these days. First of all it relaxes me, and I know coffee if taken in moderation is really good for our body.

Also, the blend of the coffee is really good. My sister came home from a month long vacation in Vietnam and gave me gourmet ground coffee, and that is what I am having everyday.

It is quite strong, but I like strong coffee. It wakes me up and brings me back to my senses.

Sometimes I also prepare it the way they do it in Vietnam, via the small manual brewer and adding condensed milk and ice to the coffee afterwards.

I am glad that I took a medicine a while ago and my cup of coffee. Now I think I am feeling better and the headache has gone away. Hope it will be gone forever.
