Get warranty from office coffee supplier to mitigate breakdowns of machines

Office Coffee Machine

There were some problems in our coffee machines these past couple of days and I want to be able to get warranty from office coffee supplier to mitigate breakdowns of machines.

I want our coffee machines to be working properly that is why we took all the coffee machines from our suppliers and we want all of this coffee machines to be able to help and supply coffee to all our employees.

If this problem will not be able to be solved, I should need to change to a different supplier that can address the issue properly.
