Gaggia? What for -I would stick with this if it had given me lots of problem with regards to coffee maker and the customer service.

Though this is just a personal experience and maybe some other people are really happy with their gaggia.

What I am stating is a personal observation, as I bought my gaggia a couple of months ago, at first it was really a good coffee maker and it had brought me numerous of delicious coffee every morning or whenever I preferred.

Then after quite some time, it started to have some defects and the power is not working properly.

What is worse, the coffee came out warm and not suited for coffee. So I think there was some problem in its electrical configuration or something.

Then I was trying to contact the customer service and it was really hard getting through, all I was getting was a busy dial tone or a recorded message where it would not get through.

So after getting disappointed, I decided that I should just throw away this coffee maker and buy another coffee machine which is the mypressi. And I was amazed at how great this manual coffee maker is.
