Drinking Coffee with a Heart -Macmillan coffee Morning 24th September

If you are in UK or somewhere near, this is a cause relating to coffee that you should take part -Macmillan Coffee Morning.

Started in 1990, it is an event for coffee drinkers to come together and mingle and at the end of the day all the proceeds for the coffee are donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Started in 1991, it has since raised over 60 million Pounds for the Macmillan Cancer Support

The next coffee morning is set on the 24th September, so if you or someone in the community knows about Macmillan and are coffee drinkers -this is a cause to support.

Macmillan simply want its supporters to be comfortable -it could be a coffee morning at home, at work, garden party, the main idea is for friends to get together and realized that by doing so their efforts would make a huge difference for people affected by Cancer.

I think the Coffee morning this year would be big -last year more than 40 000 people registered to hold a coffee morning, raised 7.9 million, Macmillan hope to raise more than 8 million, so if you are a coffee drinker, and is near that area -support them as well!:)
