Coffee roasting is a really great thing to do especially if you’re an espresso drinker. I would suggest getting a home roaster to be able to do the roasting yourself.

Roasting your own coffee beans could really make a difference compared to buying an already roasted coffee bean.

You can adjust the flavor you want for your espresso so you can set it to be mild or strong.

That was what I did when I was still experimenting of roasting, and it did make a lot of difference. When I'm with the boys, I usually roast till dark brown to produce a rich tasting espresso, with a slight bitter note.
