Coffee is good for health

Yes, finally, a finding reported on ‘Human Psychopharmacology: Clinical and Experimental.’ to support what we all believe -coffee is good.

In fact, in this study, coffee is more than good. In this research by scientists from University of Barcelona, it is shown that coffee improves memory retention and attention span.

And if you take it with sugar (in Singapore context, that would be your kopi O), the caffeine would even boosts brain functions more!

The combo of sugar and caffeine enhance the effect on cognitive skills such as learning, concentrating and retrieving.

In fact, previous to this study, they also noted that caffeine improves short-term memory, and speeds up reaction time by acting on the brain's prefrontal cortex.

And do note that this study was not done on rats or guinea a pigs but willing coffee lovers, 40 of them in total. The findings find that those that drank coffee with sugar have a better brain activity responses when track with MRI.

This should come very timely for those that are looking for a reason to change or upgrade your coffee maker. 'Look dear, coffee is good for us, we should really get a better machine to make better coffee!'

So folks, have a great time shopping and hope this can better your coffee experience. Isn't it good to know that what you are drinking is in a way good for health?;0
