How many of you have seen latte art before? I do not mean the finish product but the process of doing the art -it is amazing! I am someone that believes in the holistic approach of the entire food experience, the sight, smell and feel of it. So, to me seeing a very presented cup of coffee makes the coffee more delicious. That is the reason why I also agree that coffee maker alone cannot be the determining factor in giving out good coffee, although I must say that it is a critical factor...
