Coffee is a family ordeal

In my family coffee is a big deal. We start kids young by giving them a little coffee with the tip of a spoon. Coffee for us is a way to socialize, talk and be a family. When I was growing up our coffee maker was "manual". It was made from a piece of cloth and a wire. You placed the coffee inside, boiled water, and then poured the hot water while holding the wire one cup at a time. Now I'm looking a coffee maker ratings for fancy machines that can make cappuccino, espresso and mocha.
What doesn't change? We still sit around the table talking and having a great time.
