How is breville coffee maker related to keurig?

AddThis Social Bookmark Button

Well, technically breville coffee maker is a keurig coffee maker, or at least the breville bkc600xl is. The whole idea why I am using this brand as an example is because it belongs to the automatic espresso machines genre -read gourmet coffee.

So, if the breville technology is being adopted by keurig coffee maker, it would only mean that keurig is in the gourmet espresso category right? There are so many coffee snob out there until this very moment still consider keurig as one of those instant coffee.

In fact, many people still have the idea that single cup coffee maker is not able to product the quality brew that espresso machines is able to do, but I believe those that has tasted coffee from breville coffee maker would disagree.

Of course, to be fair, it is not so much the breville in brewing great coffee but the k-cups technology that really assist one in making a good coffee from the breville single serve brewer in this instance.

breville-coffee-maker But, breville does delivers some value add that would not be possible with keurig b40 or the b30. The first is of course the look and feel, which I understand is critical for folks that has spend thousands over dollars on their interior design.

Then, there is the patented showerhead. Although we know that k-cups can control the pressure of the water entering to give an optimum extraction, the spray of this water is another variable to close any gaps that is open to incomplete extraction.

This breville coffee maker of course also allows you to control your temperature, there might be some of you out there that simply want to have a very hot cup of espresso and this machine would make it possible.

Of course, as with a more premium machine, this breville bkc600xl would also allow you to customized the size of your coffee.

If you asked me the logic of buying the breville single cup brewer over other espresso machines, the first would be the price that would be significantly lower and the second factor would be the taste that they are delivering is usually better than the espresso machines.

Only very seldom would you encounter a very good baristas that would serve you top grade espresso, even then, the cost is going to be very high compare to the coffee from breville.
