Bialetti Stovetop Espresso Maker

Bialetti Stovetop Espresso Maker

Bialetti Stovetop Espresso Maker

Actually, the Italians prefer to call espresso, made from a stovetop espresso maker, moka. This is what they used to make homemade espresso since the 1930's.

And, it's still their preferred kitchen appliance when making homemade espresso. Why spend over $100, $200, even $300 on a machine when you can make and enjoy a cup of espresso for a fraction of that price?

Moreover, the moka pot is going to outlast modern espresso machines since it has no buttons, no plug, minimal moving parts, and simply because of the fact that it is just a pot. It's easy to use, and it's easy to clean.

If you fear your espresso machine at home is going to break down soon, why not get a Bialetti Moka Pot and keep it as a backup?

If you enjoy espresso the same way the Italians do, you might realize that you should have been using one as your espresso maker all these years.
