While it is said that the Ascaso Basic coffee machine is the entry-level model among all Ascaso coffee machines, there is nothing basic about it.

In fact, it is quite a sophisticated and high quality espresso and cappuccino machine.

First of all, it looks really attractive and comes in either black or white. It isn’t built out of stainless steel, which makes it look deceptively simple.

The brass boiler comes equipped with three thermostats: one monitors and controls the water temperature for brewing espresso, the second monitors steam, and the third monitors the ambient temperature of the boiler to protect it from overheating when the machine is left sitting idly.

Its other features include a polished stainless steel drip tray, a removable drip pan underneath the drip tray, and a cup warming surface. Furthermore, it can accommodate E.S.E. pods, and comes with a matching pod filter basket.

In other words, the Ascaso Basic Coffee Machine blows all other entry-level espresso machines out of the water, due to its high quality components and features.

Finding an entry-level espresso machine that can offer what the Ascaso Basic Coffee Machine has to offer can be a daunting and impossible task.
