A little beer, a little decaf coffee and lots of grill

Decaf Coffee

Decaf Coffee

I was out today to have some barbeque with my friends. Everytime when we have some free hours to spend, we would call each other up and set a date to have our regular barbeque sessions.

This time there were lots of foods to gril. My friends brought some ribs which was mariated texas style, the kind of spicy smoked flavor.

I don’t know where you could buy the marinade, but it really tasted good. It probably came from the United States as its label tells so.

So while grilling, we were drinking beer and some of us also had some decaf coffee which was also brought by one friend.

The ribs took a little time to cook because we had to ensure that it is perfectly grilled and also the temperature should be just right in order to get the perfect taste, and not the one that it raw inside.

There were also some shrimps which was a catch of the day in a local market. It was marinated in olive oil and lemon so the taste was just awesome.

It was as fresh as it can get, I basically favor eating shrimps since lately I have been trying to get the meat out of my diet. The reason I want to do this is for me to lose a little weight.

I also brought a freshly caught salmon which we filleted and added some spice and lemon and was grilled right away to maintain its freshness.

It was an awesome day, we shared different news and stories and the rest of the night was spent in joyful glee.
