This is probably one of the few pistachio cake in Singapore that you can find. And from the way this "nutty" cake is being marketed, it is meant to inspire you.
Le Gateau Maison website says this:

'Oak grew strong under contrary wind, and diamonds are made under pressure.'
I used almond to replace oak, thought it will be tastier. Are you pursuing a career, a love or something. I hope the imagination behind this cake fuels you up."
Pistachio cake is an acquired taste and with the combination of almond dacquoise, hazelnut & pistachio mousse, you will not get your usual mouthfeel of a cake.
The orange mousse and vanilla sponge tries to soften things a little but generally this is an acquired taste but a refreshing one.
